Some life coaching tips from cats
Coaching can be described as an on-going confidential conversation between two people who trust and respect each other.
Coaching works on the understanding that we all have the resources we need within us, but that we also need some outside support to help us access them, to facilitate our progress.
It can be an empowering process that can help you to explore and move forward with any chosen area of life you choose.
By asking powerful and incisive questions to help you create new perspectives and access solutions, your coach can support you and help you to reach the goal's that you have chosen to work on, whether it's developing or improving a new or exisiting career, improving your relationships, creating a better work/life balance, having more fun, improving health and fitness or even creating design solutions for your home or working environment, that are in tune with who you really are.
Your coach can look at where you are on your own particular map of the world and help you to see on that map where you need to go. Working together, using various coaching tools and techniques you and your coach can remove the blocks that are stopping you. Then, step by step actions can be devised to for you to take to get you where you want to be.
New lifestyle coaching works with you and your needs. Which ever area you decide to work on I'll be there for you, helping you to achieve whatever it is you have decided to work on improving.
I like to meet my clients if possible and create a relationship with them before we start coaching. This is offered for free and under no obligation to take things further. It simply helps us both see if we can work with each other.
We can talk about your dreams and aspirations, how you like to work, what you do and don't feel comfortable with and what pace you would like to work at. Coaching can be as creative or as structured as you like, it's really up to you. I will always check in with you that you are getting what you need from our sessions.
